Rates & Accommodations

Nightly Rates Double Occupancy includes a continental breakfast of homemade fresh berry muffins or banana bread, fruit, and beverage. Includes accommodations for 1 horse/guest room and 2 horses or dogs for the cottage. Shopping/meal service with natural homemade and organic foods is available.

Woodlands Cottage: There is a 2-night minimum for the Woodlands Cottage June - September.

Weekly rate discounts available. Local room taxes added (TOT 10%).

Check-in & Policies

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Special occasions such as weddings, reunions, or graduation celebrations can be hosted, with assistance available for arrangements including caterers, DJs, musicians, photographers, or wedding planners.
